Hvem er Vital Foods?

"Our food is freshly made each day so you won't be served stale or dried out food. Freshness is key. Another key in that context, is the fact that we make all the food ourselves and homemade from scratch. All day, every day. WHAT DOES PLANT-BASED EVEN MEAN? The notion "plant-based" seems to have become more and more fuzzy nowadays and there are many individual interpretations. To us, it's pretty simple; we believe that plant-based food is all about the inclusion of an abundance of fruits, veggies, legumes, nuts and all other sorts of plants. We don't use any animal-based products in any shape or form. Not now, not ever. The only cheesy thing around here, is our sense of humor.
